Firmware update version 3.4.5

1)All settings will revert to factory default.

2) This update require flash burning via USB pen FAT32 formated > 
   extract the files from the "rar" to the USB pen root directory > 
   insert the USB pen into the DVR USB interface >
   turn the DVR Off & On > 
   wait ~15 minuets till the DVR will display the video channels splits display.

3) This specific FW version update require HDD formatting In the end of 
   the process to insure optimal performance of the device.

4) upgrade to version 3.4.5 will remove the IP camera channel option.
